Dan has worked at the forefront of the interactive entertainment industry for the past two decades as a deal lawyer for THQ, Ubisoft, Eidos, Gameloft, Trion, Sony, WMG and others. Prior to forming Flying Kame, Dan was Chairman of Loeb & Loeb, LLP’s Interactive Entertainment Practice. Prior to that, he built Offner & Anderson, P.C. into the largest interactive entertainment law firm in the U.S. and successfully sold it to Nixon Peabody. Then Loeb & Loeb recruited Dan from Nixon to build their interactive entertainment practice in 2010.
